At CLUB SODΛ ACTIVE, we want your order to reach you as smoothly as possible. Orders are shipped through our logistics partner, The Net Global / SkyNet SAL, for domestic and international delivery.

Lebanon Delivery
We deliver across Lebanon.
Once an order has been dispatched, estimated delivery is generally 2–5 business days, depending on the delivery location and circumstances affecting the carrier. The Net Global's domestic service covers Greater Beirut, surrounding areas from Saida to Tripoli, and other areas across Lebanon.
Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to high order volumes, public holidays, weather, road conditions, carrier disruptions, events beyond our control, or incomplete or inaccurate delivery information.
International Shipping
CLUB SODΛ ACTIVE ships to selected international destinations. Available destinations and applicable shipping charges will be displayed at checkout.
International orders are shipped using international express services through our logistics partner.
International delivery times vary according to destination and may be affected by customs clearance, local authorities, destination-country procedures, or other circumstances outside CLUB SODΛ ACTIVE's control. The carrier specifically provides that international parcel shipments are subject to customs formalities and may require additional time for clearance and delivery.
For this reason, any delivery estimate provided at checkout, by email, or through tracking is an estimate and not a guaranteed delivery date.
Shipping Fees
Shipping charges are calculated according to factors including destination, shipment weight and/or package dimensions, and the selected shipping service.
Shipping rates may also be affected by carrier surcharges, including fuel, security, remote-destination or other applicable charges.
The shipping amount applicable to your order will normally be displayed at checkout. If a shipping price has been generated incorrectly because of incorrect customer information, a technical error, an exceptional destination, or circumstances requiring an additional carrier charge before dispatch, CLUB SODΛ ACTIVE reserves the right to contact the customer to approve the revised shipping charge or cancel and refund the affected order before shipment.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, clearance charges, consignee fees and other destination-country charges are not included in CLUB SODΛ ACTIVE's shipping price unless expressly stated otherwise at checkout.
The Net Global's international offer expressly excludes customs duties, taxes, high-value declaration charges, free-zone charges and consignee fees from its international shipping rates.
Any such charges imposed by customs authorities, governments, carriers, or other authorities in the destination country are the customer's responsibility.
CLUB SODΛ ACTIVE has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.
Customs procedures may also delay delivery. CLUB SODΛ ACTIVE is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance, inspections, documentation requirements, local authorities, or the customer's failure to pay required duties or provide information requested for clearance.
Delivery Attempts
For Lebanon deliveries, our carrier's standard service includes two consecutive delivery attempts. An additional delivery attempt may be subject to an extra charge; otherwise, the shipment may be returned.
Customers are therefore responsible for providing a valid address and telephone number and for being reasonably available to receive their order.
Where an order cannot be delivered because the customer is unavailable, refuses delivery, provides incorrect or incomplete information, fails to respond to the carrier, or fails to complete required customs procedures, the shipment may be returned to CLUB SODΛ ACTIVE.
Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Information
Please review your shipping details carefully before completing your order.
CLUB SODΛ ACTIVE is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from an incorrect, incomplete, or outdated address, telephone number, recipient name, or other information supplied by the customer.
If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us as soon as possible. We will make reasonable efforts to update the information before dispatch, but changes cannot be guaranteed once the shipment has been processed or handed to the carrier.
Any additional shipping, redirection, return, or re-delivery fees resulting from incorrect customer information may be charged to the customer.
Refused, Unclaimed & Undeliverable Orders
If a shipment is refused, unclaimed, cannot be delivered after the permitted delivery attempts, is rejected because customs charges were not paid, or is returned because of incorrect customer information, CLUB SODΛ ACTIVE reserves the right, to the extent permitted by applicable law, to deduct any non-refundable costs incurred in connection with the shipment from any refund due.
These may include the original shipping charge, return-to-sender charges, customs or clearance charges, duties or taxes charged back to us, re-delivery charges, and other costs imposed by the carrier as a result of the failed delivery.
If you would like the returned order shipped again, additional shipping charges may apply.
Cash on Delivery
Cash on Delivery may be available for selected orders and locations in Lebanon when displayed as an option at checkout.
COD availability is subject to order value, location, carrier availability, and CLUB SODΛ ACTIVE's approval. We reserve the right to require another payment method for certain orders.
Tracking
Where tracking is available, tracking information will be provided once your shipment has been processed by the carrier.
Tracking updates are generated by the shipping provider and may occasionally take time to update after dispatch.
A shipment being marked as dispatched or fulfilled on our website means that it has entered the shipping process; it does not guarantee delivery by a particular date. The integrated Shopify system marks successfully submitted shipments as fulfilled and creates them within The Net Global's delivery network.
Delayed Shipments
Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery is performed by an independent third-party logistics provider.
CLUB SODΛ ACTIVE will reasonably assist customers in following up on delayed shipments, but we cannot guarantee carrier transit times and are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including customs, governmental action, transportation disruptions, weather, strikes, force majeure, security events, public holidays, incorrect customer information, or carrier operational delays.
Nothing in this Shipping Policy excludes any rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer protection laws.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your package appears to have been lost or arrives visibly damaged, please contact us as soon as possible and provide your order number, photographs where applicable, and any other information reasonably required to investigate the shipment.
Please retain the package and all original packaging until the claim has been reviewed.
We will work with our shipping provider to investigate eligible claims. Any compensation or remedy will be handled in accordance with applicable law, CLUB SODΛ ACTIVE's policies, and the applicable carrier terms.
The Net Global's international offer provides limited standard compensation for proven loss or damage and offers additional liability insurance separately, which is why I would not promise customers automatic full-value reimbursement through the carrier in your public policy.
Changes to This Policy
CLUB SODΛ ACTIVE reserves the right to update this Shipping Policy when necessary, including to reflect changes in shipping partners, destinations, carrier rates, customs requirements, operational procedures, or applicable laws.
The Shipping Policy in effect at the time an order is placed will apply to that order, except where a change is required by law or by circumstances outside our reasonable control.
